At Buce Plant, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your aquascaping supplies and live plants. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined return process is designed to get your aquarium back on track quickly.

Return Process

  Review Our Policy

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging and unused; please note that live plants are covered under our 100% Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee rather than standard returns.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RMA number.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
